📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.,Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.,Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and develop solutions to address them proactively.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on all construction sites.,Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any concerns.,Develop and implement project schedules and timelines to meet project milestones.,Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project operations, preferably in the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in project management software and tools.,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in the construction industry.,Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
