Tanggung Jawab:
Lead and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with Micron's global standards.Provide strategic advice to senior management on HR matters.Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.Experience in managing a global HR team.Proven track record of driving HR initiatives and improving employee engagement.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Fluency in English, both written and spoken.🛠️ Keahlian
