📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
• Inspect and maintain building infrastructure, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid unexpected breakdowns
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment status
• Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate maintenance schedules
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Familiarity with maintenance software and tools such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Valid certification in electrical safety (e.g., OSHA or equivalent)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as needed
