📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies to increase SME adoption of banking products and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs, business owners, and entrepreneurs
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends
• Provide tailored financial solutions and advice to SMEs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and success
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices
• Represent Hong Leong Bank at local business events and networking opportunities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in community banking, business development, or a related field
• Strong understanding of the SME sector and local market dynamics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Familiarity with banking software and tools, such as Core Banking System, CRM, and data analytics platforms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
