• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to meet Celestica's global business objectives.
• Manage supplier relationships, including contract negotiations, performance evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct supplier evaluations and selection processes to identify and engage the most suitable suppliers.
• Monitor and analyze supplier performance metrics to ensure adherence to quality, cost, and delivery standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain accurate material plans and forecasts.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in our supply chain.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Work closely with Celestica's global procurement teams to ensure alignment and consistency in sourcing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, or procurement.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing supplier relationships.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using procurement and supply chain management software, such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS CSCP, CPSM, or other relevant certifications) is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Experience working in a global, fast-paced, and dynamic environment is a strong asset.
