📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Present casting products and services to clients, highlighting their benefits and features.,Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure customer satisfaction and company profitability.,Provide excellent customer service and support to address client inquiries and concerns.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.,Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to drive sales growth and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or casting industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills to effectively sell products and services.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
