📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee daily store operations and ensure high levels of customer service.

Manage and develop a team of sales associates and support staff.

Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are optimized.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.

Proven track record of successfully managing a retail team and driving sales growth.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.
