📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Conduct job interviews and assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Stay up-to-date with recruitment best practices and industry standards.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and industry trends.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
