In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, maintaining high quality standards, and contributing to the overall success of our projects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and deadlines, and adjust as necessary.,Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.,Maintain and update production records and reports.,Collaborate with team members to resolve production issues and improve processes.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production-related role.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in production.,Willingness to travel and work in a team environment.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus but not mandatory.,Experience in a similar role within the industry is a plus.
