📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to achieve company goals.,Conduct regular operational audits to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operational activities and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
