📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work health screenings for employees across various industries.
• Use advanced medical equipment such as blood pressure monitors, spirometers, audiometers, and ECG machines to assess employees' health status.
• Administer and interpret health screening tests including blood tests, urine analysis, and visual acuity tests.
• Develop and implement personalized health programs to promote workplace wellness.
• Provide health education and counseling to employees on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
• Collaborate with occupational health physicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment of occupational health issues.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of health screenings and medical evaluations.
• Participate in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest occupational health practices and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related health field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in occupational health screening.
• Certification as an Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Indonesian occupational health and safety regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid nursing license and good standing with the relevant professional body.
