Sumber Nanda Bakery is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Store Manager to join our team in Cikarang. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our bakery store, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Implement and monitor marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and increase sales.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure consistency in brand standards and operations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
