📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of software developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions.,Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.,Develop and implement software solutions that meet business needs and exceed customer expectations.,Mentor and coach junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in software development, and share this knowledge with the team.,Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.,Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation activities.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during development and deployment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend or full-stack development.,Proven track record of success in leading software development projects and teams.,Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.,Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms, such as AWS or Azure.,Familiarity with database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

🛠️ Keahlian

Programming languages such as JavaPythonor JavaScript.Experience with software development frameworks and toolssuch as SpringDjangoor React.Knowledge of software development best practicessuch as code reviewstestingand continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).Familiarity with software development tools and technologiessuch as GitJenkinsor Docker.Ability to mentor and coach junior developersand provide guidance and support to help them grow and succeed.Strong understanding of software development methodologiessuch as Agile or Scrum.
