Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, table service, and bar service.,Manage a team of staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained.,Monitor and maintain food and beverage inventory, and ensure that orders are accurate and timely.,Ensure that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and other key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with the company's management team to ensure that the restaurant's operations align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
