📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and control of logistics activities to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on logistics performance.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges in the logistics process.
  • Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of performance.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of improving logistics efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian logistics industry and regulations.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
