📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide financial guidance and advice to the organization.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and reports.,Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth.,Lead a team of finance professionals and provide mentorship and training.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and practices is a plus.
