📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of operational activities.,Monitor and evaluate operational processes to identify areas for improvement.,Support the Operations Manager in managing and supervising operational staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Assist in the development and maintenance of operational systems and processes.,Conduct regular operational reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.,Support the development of operational budgets and forecasts.,Assist in the management of operational risks and issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other operational management tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
