Bloom Tech Nusantara is seeking a talented Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.

As a Structural Engineer at Bloom Tech Nusantara, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and ensuring the structural integrity of various projects. You will work closely with architects, project managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, safe, and efficient structures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and analyze structural components and systems for various projects.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and standards.
  • Prepare detailed structural drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Review and approve structural calculations and designs prepared by junior engineers.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide technical input as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural engineering.
  • Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and standards (e.g., SNI, ASCE).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
