📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Manage and develop a team of sales associates, providing training and support to help them achieve their targets.,Implement and monitor store policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service and compliance.,Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels to minimize losses and maximize sales.,Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.,Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer traffic and sales.,Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.,Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and sales strategies is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian is required, with English skills being a plus.
