📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assisting the Outlet Staff in managing daily operations and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the outlet.,Supporting the sales process by assisting customers with product information and transactions.,Handling customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring they are addressed promptly and professionally.,Assisting in inventory management, including stock taking and ordering new products.,Supporting the team in maintaining accurate sales records and reports.,Assisting in the preparation and presentation of the outlet for events and promotions.,Participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.,Performing other duties as assigned by the Outlet Staff or management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma.,At least 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.,Good communication skills, both verbal and written.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales processes.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
