📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Promote and sell Asticom products to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in finding the right products and provide product information as needed.
• Stock shelves, manage inventory, and ensure the store is well-organized and appealing to customers.
• Participate in store promotions, events, and sales to drive customer engagement and increase sales.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed daily sales targets.
• Maintain a clean and attractive storefront, including displays and signage.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service, preferably in a cash and carry environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems, such as SAP or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language and English is a plus.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Enthusiasm for the retail industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
