📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assisting with the planning and coordination of banquets, conferences, and special events.
• Managing event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, and catering arrangements.
• Providing exceptional customer service to event attendees and clients.
• Ensuring all events run smoothly and according to schedule.
• Assisting with the preparation and service of food and beverages during events.
• Collaborating with the catering team to ensure high-quality food and beverage service.
• Maintaining a clean and organized event space.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with event management software and tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language is a must.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
