Jaya Fitri Coffee is seeking a dedicated Assistant Supply Chain Staff to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and placing orders with suppliers.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and other supplies.,Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control to prevent shortages and overstocking.,Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and improvement initiatives.,Prepare and maintain accurate records of all supply chain transactions and activities.,Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis on supply chain performance and trends.,Collaborate with the supply chain team to identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supply chain or procurement role.,Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of coffee industry and its supply chain would be an advantage.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is required.
