Urban Bay Mandiri is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team in Dili. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet organizational objectives.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees to improve their skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate programs.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees during and after training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management systems and software.,Knowledge of local and international training standards and regulations.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
