📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform accurate and detailed quantity surveys for construction projects.
  • Manage project budgets and costs, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive cost reports and analyses.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Provide technical advice and support to project managers and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors to negotiate and secure the best possible deals.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a strong background in construction projects.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and costs effectively.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Bali.
  • Valid professional certification (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is a plus.
