📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert accounting advice and support to clients, ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Conduct audits and reviews of financial records to identify areas for improvement and ensure accuracy.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to meet client requirements and industry standards.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff on accounting principles, practices, and procedures.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.,Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.,Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting trends, regulations, and best practices in Indonesia.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting services, with a focus on Indonesian accounting standards.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP Indonesia) and regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
