📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety by implementing and maintaining strict health and safety protocols.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they meet the required standards and provide excellent customer service.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and implement strategies to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations, with a clean safety record.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Experience in training and developing staff to meet performance standards.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,A passion for food and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
