As a Procurement Staff at Moon Sky Cemerlang, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, from identifying supplier needs to negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure that we are sourcing the right products and services at the right prices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage procurement processes, including identifying supplier needs, evaluating supplier proposals, and negotiating contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on procurement activities and performance.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
