📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the distribution of products to retail outlets, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.,Coordinate with retail partners to understand their needs and provide timely support.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is replenished according to agreed schedules.,Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities, including delivery schedules, receipts, and returns.,Conduct regular site visits to retail outlets to assess distribution performance and address any issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of distribution strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Provide regular reports on distribution performance to the distribution manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or distribution industry.,Proven track record of managing distribution activities and ensuring timely deliveries.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with retail partners and internal teams.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data management and reporting.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with distribution software and systems is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field visits and deliveries.
