📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.,Manage guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel's facilities and services.,Maintain the reception area by keeping it clean and organized.,Assist with guest reservations and cancellations.,Monitor and record guest feedback and complaints.,Ensure the security and safety of the hotel premises.,Assist with any additional tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Familiarity with local culture and customs is a plus.
