📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of commercial fitout projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure that all construction activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring they are met and exceeded.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Mentor and lead a team of construction professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial fitout project supervision.
• Proven track record of successfully managing high-end interior construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Procore.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a similar professional certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.
