📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the onboarding and offboarding of affiliate partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Track and analyze affiliate performance using tools like Google Analytics, ClickMeter, or similar platforms.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize affiliate campaign performance and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate programs with business objectives.
• Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics and trends.
• Ensure compliance with affiliate program policies and industry regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, providing support and guidance as needed.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a related role.
• Proven experience with affiliate management tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and channels.
• Certification in affiliate marketing or related fields is a plus.
